Just Ask Reza is run by Reza Kuweiti in Irvine, California. This page explains what happens to your information when you use this website, the AI chat, or email.
The AI chat
- The chat is an AI assistant, not Reza typing live. You agree to these terms before your first message.
- Chats are saved to improve the answers. We save your questions and the AI's replies. Phone numbers, card numbers, Social Security numbers and email addresses are removed automatically before anything is saved or sent to the AI.
- Saved chats are not linked to your name or email address.
- Only the most recent 10,000 questions and answers are kept. Older ones are deleted automatically.
- Please never type passwords, Social Security numbers or account numbers. Reza will never ask for them.
Signing in
For now the chat is private. You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email address. Cloudflare checks the code and sets a sign-in cookie so you stay signed in. That cookie is the only cookie this website uses. There are no ads and no tracking.
Limits that stop misuse
To prevent abuse, your network (IP) address is used to count how many questions you ask per minute and per day. These counts are deleted automatically after two days.
When you write to Reza, you send the email from your own email account. Reza uses your message only to reply and to do the work you ask for.
Who helps run this
- Cloudflare hosts the website, handles sign-in, and stores the saved chats.
- Anthropic provides the AI model that writes the chat answers.
- Google Workspace handles email to [email protected].
We do not sell or share your information for advertising.
Your choices
You can ask what we have about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing [email protected]. If you don't want your chat saved, please don't use the chat. Email instead.
Not legal advice
The chat and Reza give information and organizing help only. Nothing here is legal, tax, medical or financial advice.
