Sign and pay
Sign a short agreement online in about two minutes (it protects you and Reza), then pay the invoice. Work starts once the payment clears.
Reza does the work
Updates by email. Nothing is filed or signed without your OK.
Done
A short summary by email and your files in a private folder. One round of fixes is included.
Paying
When you pay
- Under $500: in full, before work starts.
- $500 or more: half to start, half before the finished work is handed over.
- Need more time? A larger job can be split into stages, each paid before it starts. Same total, no extra fees.
How you pay
- A secure online invoice by email.
- Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or bank transfer.
- Eligible invoices also offer a pay-over-time option at checkout.
- The quoted price is the full price. No card surcharges.
If plans change
- You cancel before work starts: full refund.
- Reza can't take the task after you pay: full refund.
- You cancel during the work: refund of the part not yet done, based on the steps in the quote.
- The company says no after the work is done: no refund, because the work was done.
- Money-back promise: internet, phone and utility bill fixes and airline and travel claims get a full refund if the company gives you nothing.
Your information
- Reza never asks for passwords or full Social Security, card or account numbers.
- Your accounts stay yours. When access is needed, Reza is added as a user, never the owner.
- Files are shared in a private folder with your email only, and deleted 90 days after the task is finished.
- Everything is in writing, so you always have a record of what was agreed.
Questions
Is the quote really free?
Yes. Asking the AI assistant, sending a request and getting a written quote are always free. You only pay if you accept the quote.
What if the company still says no?
For most tasks you pay for Reza’s work, not for a promised result, because each company makes its own decision. For internet, phone and utility bills and for airline and travel claims, you get your money back if the company gives you nothing.
Can I write in my own language?
Yes. Write in the language you’re most comfortable with. The AI assistant answers in your language, and Reza replies to your emails in it too. Quotes and the agreement are in English, and Reza can explain them in your language.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Before work starts you get a full refund. During the work you get back the part not yet done, based on the steps in the quote.
How do I send documents safely?
Scan them with your phone (the free guide shows how, step by step). Cover all but the last 4 digits of any account or Social Security number before you scan. A few pages can go back by email; a big stack or downloaded statements go in the private folder Reza shares with your email address only. Never send passwords.
Do I have to sign anything?
Yes, a short plain-English agreement, online, in about two minutes. It lists your quote, your refund rights and how your files are protected, and you get a signed copy by email.
How do I get my files?
In a private folder shared with your email only. Download what you want to keep within 30 days; your files are deleted 90 days after the task is finished.
