These terms apply when you hire Reza to do a task. Asking the AI assistant and getting a quote are always free.

Who you're working with

Reza Kuweiti, doing business as Just Ask Reza, Orange County, California. All work is remote and by email at hello@justaskreza.com.

Quotes

Every task gets a written quote with what's included, one flat price and a finish date. A quote is good for 7 days. To accept it, you sign a short client agreement online (about two minutes), then pay the invoice. The agreement, your quote and these terms work together.

Payment

• Under $500: paid in full before work starts.
• $500 or more: half to start, and the rest before the finished work is handed over. A quote can also split a job into stages, each paid before it starts.
• Invoices are paid online and are due in 7 days. If the first invoice isn't paid in 7 days, the quote expires.
• The quoted price is the full price. There are no card surcharges.

No promised results

Companies and agencies make their own decisions. You pay for Reza's work, not for a particular outcome. The quote says how many written follow-ups are included.

Changes and fixes

Each task includes one round of fixes within what the quote covers. Tell Reza within 14 days of handover. New or extra work gets a new quote.

Cancellations and refunds

• You cancel before work starts: full refund.
• Reza can't take the task after you pay: full refund.
• You cancel during the work, or Reza stops for a reason on his side: refund of the part not yet done, based on the steps in the quote.
• The company or agency says no after the work is done: no refund, because the work was done, except under the money-back promise below.
• Money-back promise for internet, phone and utility bill fixes and for airline and travel claims: if the company gives you nothing (no refund, credit, discount or lower rate) after Reza finishes the steps in your quote, you get a full refund. It doesn’t apply if you cancel the task or don’t send the information Reza asks for.

Your part

• Give accurate information.
• You own and control every account and login. Reza is added as a user when needed, never as the owner.
• Never send passwords or full Social Security, card or account numbers. Reza will never ask for them. If a task needs the last 4 digits of a card, he asks by email.
• You pay hosting companies, domain registrars and printers directly.

Not offered

Legal advice of any kind, tax return preparation, credit repair, and debt settlement or negotiation.

Files and privacy

Files are shared in a private folder with your email address only. Your files are deleted 90 days after the task is finished. Quotes, invoices, signed agreements and emails are kept 4 years for tax records. See the privacy page.

Limit of responsibility

Reza's total responsibility for any task is limited to the amount you paid for that task.
