Accessibility
This site and the AI assistant are built to be easy to use for everyone, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard, larger text or reduced motion. The goal is the WCAG 2.2 Level AA standard.
What’s in place
- Everything in writing. You never need to make a phone call: requests, quotes, updates and results all come by email.
- Keyboard and screen readers. Every page, form and the chat work with a keyboard, with labels for screen readers.
- Bigger text. Pages grow with your browser’s zoom, and the chat has a Bigger text button that it remembers.
- Clear contrast. Black and white throughout, with large tap targets on phones.
- Calm motion. If your device asks for reduced motion, animations stop and the portrait stays still. Nothing flashes.
- Helpful forms. Each problem is explained right next to the field it belongs to.
- Any language. Write in your own language; the assistant answers in it.
How it’s checked
Pages are tested on phones and computers at several sizes, with automated accessibility checks and keyboard-only use before changes go live. In October 2026, the homepage and the free letter maker scored 100 for accessibility in Google’s PageSpeed test.
Known limits
- The animated portrait is decorative; everything it does is also said in text.
- Guides link to official websites run by others, which may work differently.
- A saved chat PDF may not read perfectly with every screen reader. The chat on screen is the full version.
