Just Ask Reza

Is it really Reza?

Scammers sometimes copy real businesses. Here’s how to tell a real Just Ask Reza message from a fake one in under a minute.

The only ways Just Ask Reza reaches you

  • One website: justaskreza.com. Lookalike spellings are not this business.
  • Email only, from an address ending in @justaskreza.com. Reza works in writing, so he won’t call or text you out of the blue.
  • Your request ID. Every request gets one, like REQ-261030-1050-863, in the confirmation email. Real messages about your job use the same ID.
  • A written quote first, by email, with one flat price. Agreements are signed only on justaskreza.com/sign.
  • Payment only by Stripe invoice from Just Ask Reza, paid on Stripe’s secure page (invoice.stripe.com), and only after you sign.

Reza will never

  • Ask for your password, or a code sent to your phone.
  • Ask for your full card, bank account or Social Security number.
  • Ask you to pay by gift card, crypto, wire transfer, Zelle, Venmo or Cash App.
  • Ask you to install an app that lets someone control your computer or phone.
  • Rush you with threats or “act now” deadlines.
  • Promise a refund, a grant or any other result.

A message looks off?

  • Don’t click its links, open attachments or pay anything.
  • Check the sender’s address ends in @justaskreza.com and the request ID matches your confirmation.
  • Ask Reza: reply to your original confirmation email, or use the request form. He confirms within 1 business day.
  • If it’s a scam, report it to the Federal Trade Commission at reportfraud.ftc.gov.

How your information is protected

  • The whole site is encrypted (https), and forms and the chat check that a person is using them.
  • Card, Social Security and phone numbers typed into the chat or forms are removed automatically.
  • Each job gets its own private folder, shared only with you. Details are in the privacy policy.

Found a security problem on this site?

Thank you for looking out. Please tell Reza through the request form with “Security” at the start of your message, or at hello@justaskreza.com. Please don’t include anyone’s private information.
