Client Service Agreement

This agreement is between [Your name] ("you") and Reza Kuweiti, doing business as Just Ask Reza, Orange County, California ("Reza"). It covers the task in your written quote [quote number] dated [date]. It's written in plain English so you always know what to expect.

1. The work

Your quote lists what's included, the steps, the price and the finish date. Anything not in the quote isn't included. If you want more, Reza sends a new written quote, and nothing extra starts until you approve it. All work is done remotely and in writing (email, web forms and mail).

2. Price and payment

• The price in your quote is the full price. No hidden fees and no card surcharges.
• Under $500: paid in full before work starts.
• $500 or more: half to start, and the rest before the finished work is handed over. A quote may split a job into stages instead, each paid before it starts.
• Invoices are paid online through a secure payment link and are due in 7 days. If the first invoice isn't paid in 7 days, the quote expires.
• Costs charged by others (hosting, domains, printing, government or agency fees) are paid by you directly to them. Reza never collects them for you.

3. Finish date

Reza works toward the finish date in your quote. It moves if information Reza needs from you arrives late, or if a company or agency is slow to answer. Reza tells you in writing when that happens.

4. Your part

• Give accurate and complete information, and send what Reza asks for within 5 business days.
• Review anything that will be sent or submitted in your name, and approve it in writing first.
• Sign and submit any form that needs your own signature or sworn statement. Reza never signs for you.
• Keep your passwords private. Where a service allows it, add Reza as a user and remove him when the task is done.
• Decisions are yours. Reza organizes information and options; you choose what to do.

5. Results

Reza works carefully, but companies, agencies and landlords make their own decisions. You pay for Reza's work, not for a particular result.

Money-back promise: for internet, phone and utility bill fixes and for airline and travel claims, if the company gives you nothing (no refund, credit, discount or lower rate) after Reza finishes the steps in your quote, you get a full refund. It doesn't apply if you cancel the task or don't send what Reza asks for.

6. What Reza doesn't do

Reza doesn't give legal, tax, financial, medical or immigration advice, doesn't represent you in court or before an agency, doesn't make phone calls for you, and doesn't do credit repair or debt settlement. If your task turns out to need one of these, Reza tells you and refunds any part not started.

7. Contacting companies for you

If your task needs Reza to write to a company or agency for you, you'll sign a one-page authorization naming that company and task. You can cancel it at any time by email.

8. Privacy and your files

• Your information is confidential. Reza uses it only for your task, never sells it, and shares it only with the company or agency involved, as you approve.
• Never send passwords or full Social Security, card or bank account numbers. When a document has them, Reza works from a copy with all but the last 4 digits blacked out, and you submit the originals yourself.
• Files go in a private folder shared with your email address only. They're deleted 90 days after the task is finished. Quotes, invoices and emails are kept 4 years for tax records.

9. Ownership

• Every account and login stays yours. Reza is added as a user when needed, never as the owner.
• Designs, documents and websites made for you are yours once the task is paid in full.
• Reza won't show your work publicly without your written OK.

10. Changes, fixes and cancelling

• Each task includes one round of fixes within what the quote covers. Tell Reza within 14 days of handover.
• You cancel before work starts: full refund.
• You cancel during the work: refund of the part not yet done, based on the steps in your quote.
• After the work is done: no refund, except under the money-back promise in section 5.
• Reza may stop a task if information turns out to be false, if he's treated abusively, or if a request would break the law. You then get a refund of the part not yet done.

11. Limit of responsibility

Reza's total responsibility for a task is limited to the amount you paid for that task. Neither side is responsible to the other for indirect losses, such as lost profits. This doesn't limit anything the law doesn't allow to be limited.

12. Working it out

If something goes wrong, email hello@justaskreza.com and we'll try to fix it in writing first. If it isn't settled within 30 days, either side may take it to small claims court in Orange County, California. California law applies.

13. Signing electronically

We both agree to sign this agreement electronically. An electronic signature counts the same as a handwritten one.

You agree to receive this agreement and related records electronically. You can ask for a paper copy at no charge, and you can withdraw this consent at any time by emailing hello@justaskreza.com; we would then continue on paper. You need an email address and a device that can open web pages and PDF files. Tell us if your email address changes.

Your signature is confirmed with a one-time code sent to your email. You get a signed copy with a certificate of completion by email.

14. The whole agreement

This agreement, your quote and the terms at justaskreza.com/terms are the whole agreement. If they disagree, this agreement and your quote win. Changes must be in writing and approved by both of us.
