Is the AI chat free?
Yes. Asking Reza's AI assistant is always free. You only pay if you want Reza to do a task for you, after you accept his written quote.
Is the chat really Reza?
No. The chat is an AI assistant, and it always says so. Reza personally reads every request and is responsible for the work.
How much does Reza charge?
Most tasks have a set flat price, starting at $49: for example, a website speed fix is $175 and a billing dispute is $95. Prices are on the small-business and everyday help pages. You get the price in writing before any work starts, and you pay before work starts. Asking and getting a quote are always free.
Can I pay over time?
Larger jobs can be split into stages, and you pay for each stage before it starts. Same total price, no extra fees.
What if the company still says no?
For most tasks you pay for Reza's work, not for a promised result, because each company makes its own decision. For internet, phone and utility bills and for airline and travel claims, you get your money back if the company gives you nothing. The full terms are on the terms page.
Do I have to call anyone?
No. Everything happens by email, so you always have a record of what was agreed.
Can I write in my own language?
Yes. Write in the language you’re most comfortable with. The AI assistant answers in your language, and Reza replies to your emails in it too. Quotes and the agreement are in English, and Reza can explain them in your language.
Is my information safe?
Reza will never ask for your passwords or your full Social Security, card or account numbers. Chats are saved only after you agree, with phone, card and Social Security numbers removed automatically.
